At A3Coffee, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your coffee order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll be happy to help you with the cancellation process.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products. That said, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your coffee or if there was an error in your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at a3coffee003@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving your order.
We’ll gladly work with you to make things right—whether that means helping you find a better match or issuing a refund.

Please Note:

Coffee products must be returned to us in order to process a refund.

For coffee subscriptions, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis, depending on the number of shipments remaining.

Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of receiving your request. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing timeline.
